Blogging Goal Your Roapmap To Success

Blogging Goal

You must have a blogging goal. The blogging goal provide you the aiming point, your destination, as well as the milestones you’ll want to achieve along the journey. Your strategy involves the methods you will employ to achieve them. And these give shape to your blogging plan, which is the guide that sets out where you’re going and helps keep things on course.

In short, you must have a blogging “roapmap“. It should contain clearly and specifically who, what, where, why and how. No guess work here!

Planning involves anticipation. Anticipate for the worst and best. I have seen many new blogger failed mainly because they plan with the assumption that everything will go right and beautiful. It will be the biggest hoax if someone were to tell you that blogging is always smooth sailing. The content of your plan must be realistic and upgraded as your blogging develops.

So, make sure your plan contains the worse case scenario and the best scenario. Start by making the very best you can to come up with and make changes from time to time due to internal changes (i.e. your skill, your experience, your strategy, your niche) and external changes (i.e. readers comments/complains, blogosphere, competition)

I can’t tell you how many people have started their blogs and added adsense to them and expected to make a million dollars in a day!

They have to understand that it is just not a simple case of “build it and they will come”.

I definitely agree with you that one should have a plan for their blog.

It may seem like more or unnecessary “extra” work but in the long run it can only help you more!

Straight, many jump right in blogging with a moment of excitement. And that’s really dangerous because it kills lots of bloggers.

When I started my new blog I had some specific goals in mind and I listed them on my About page. While they may change due to circumstances they serve to keep me focused on what my goals are and lets everyone else know so that it kind of holds my feet to the fire.
